How to reach downtown hotels from the Airport:  

When you arrive at Ezeiza Airport in Buenos Aires , after customs and before entering the main hall of the airport you will find three car companies that may take you to your hotel. We recommend Manuel Tienda León. The trip to your hotel in Buenos Aires downtown should cost between $100  and $120. The trip takes forty minutes or more depending on traffic.

How to reach the conference place (IAM) from hotels in the area of Congreso:

IAM address is Saavedra 15, 3rd floor. It is in the South-West corner of Saavedra Street and Rivadavia Street . The distance from Plaza Congreso to IAM is 900 meters approximately.                 

Walking: you walk along Rivadavia Street up to the end of the block numbered by 2500. It takes about 15 minutes. On the lefthandside you find Saavedra Street and the institute is right in the corner of Saavedra and Rivadavia.

By subway: You go to either the subway station Congreso (Rivadavia and Callao ) or to station Saenz Peña.  Take the train going to Primera Junta. Go down on Alberti station and walk along Rivadavia Street up to the end of the block numbered 2500. On the lefthandside you find Saavedra Street and the institute is right in the corner of Saavedra and Rivadavia.

By taxi: a taxi from your hotel (in the area of Congreso) to the corner of Saavedra and Rivadavia should cost $12 pesos approximately.
